Global Byte Group is looking for an Assistant Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Rembang, Jawa Tengah. As an Assistant Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team leader in managing and developing the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving team performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Team Leader in managing and coordinating team activities.,Support the development and implementation of team strategies and goals.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback to team members.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.,Assist in training and mentoring team members to enhance their skills.,Maintain and update team documentation and records.,Participate in team meetings and provide input on team decisions.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a team leadership or project management role.,Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other project management software.,Ability to travel occasionally for business purposes.
