📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in restocking and organizing merchandise to maintain a well-stocked and visually appealing store.
• Support the sales team by providing product information and recommendations to customers.
• Ensure that the store is clean and well-maintained, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverage items, ensuring they are fresh and appealing.
• Handle cash transactions and process returns and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with the store manager to implement and maintain store policies and procedures.
• Assist in the organization and execution of store events and promotions.
• Contribute to a positive and welcoming store atmosphere, fostering customer loyalty and satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or F&B environment, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in inventory management and cash handling.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
