As an ESD Manager / Senior Engineer, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the entire design process, from conceptualization to final implementation. You’ll use industry-leading software like AutoCAD, Revit, and EnergyPlus to create detailed, innovative designs that push the boundaries of sustainable architecture. With your expertise, you’ll help transform Bali’s skyline into a model of eco-conscious development, making a real impact on the environment and the community.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the design and development of sustainable building projects, ensuring compliance with international and local building codes and standards.
• Oversee the use of advanced software tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and EnergyPlus to create detailed, efficient building designs.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution and high-quality results.
• Conduct energy and environmental impact assessments to optimize building performance and sustainability.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and designers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in sustainable building design, and incorporate them into your projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Ensure all projects adhere to environmental regulations and contribute to Bali’s sustainable development goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in sustainable building design and project management.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and EnergyPlus.
• Certifications in LEED, BREEAM, or other relevant sustainability standards are a plus.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and environmental impact assessments.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proven track record of successful sustainable building projects in Bali or similar markets.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
