PT Oryza Inti is seeking a dedicated and experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our fleet, contributing to the overall success of our logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the company's fleet, ensuring all vehicles are in optimal condition and ready for use.,Monitor fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and vehicle performance to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns related to the fleet.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs, and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.,Implement and enforce company policies regarding vehicle safety, fuel efficiency, and maintenance.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify any potential issues and ensure they meet safety standards.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Provide support to the logistics team in planning and executing transportation routes and schedules.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role in the transportation or logistics industry.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and experience in driving commercial vehicles is a plus.,Familiarity with safety regulations and standards in the transportation industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
