📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.,Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries.,Check-in and check-out guests, and assist with room assignments.,Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean and tidy.,Handle and resolve guest complaints and concerns.,Assist with event planning and coordination.,Update and maintain guest records and databases.,Provide information about the hotel's amenities and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using computers and office software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
