📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job advertising to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with management to ensure the effective implementation of HR strategies.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a human resources role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Passion for creating a positive work environment and fostering diversity and inclusion.
