Mandiri Technology is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Sanur, Bali. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, benefits, and performance information.,Handle employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in organizing and facilitating training sessions and workshops.,Collaborate with managers to address employee relations issues and promote a positive work environment.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.,Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Generalist or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian HR practices and culture is a plus.,Fluency in English is required.
