Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency,Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations,Manage inventory and supply chain processes,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures,Train and mentor staff to enhance operational capabilities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum 5 years of experience in operational management or a similar role,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Proficiency in using operational management software,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Ability to work in a hybrid environment,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency
