Mill Assistant Maintenance (PKS)

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of the PKS mill equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical or electrical issues
- Monitor and maintain the efficiency of the crushing process
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
- Participate in regular training and development programs
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of palm kernel crushing (PKS) mills
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in PKS mills
- Familiarity with maintenance software and tools such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar
- Understanding of safety protocols and regulations in the palm oil industry
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Valid certification in mechanical or electrical maintenance (preferred)
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
