In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating a welcoming atmosphere. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure high-quality service and maintain a positive customer experience.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost control.,Train and develop staff to ensure they meet the restaurant's high standards of service and quality.,Maintain a clean and well-maintained restaurant, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-end or upscale setting.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,Knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu development and cost control.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, and experience in maintaining a clean and well-maintained restaurant.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,A passion for creating a welcoming and memorable dining experience for guests.
