📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to improve workplace culture.,Lead and mentor HR staff, providing guidance and support.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees.,Handle employee benefits and compensation packages.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Familiarity with HR metrics and data analysis.
