📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.,Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages.,Assist with check-in and check-out procedures for guests.,Manage front desk operations, including reservations and room assignments.,Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized at all times.,Provide information about the hotel, its amenities, and local attractions.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Handle any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using computer and office software.,Familiarity with English and local language is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Professional and courteous demeanor.
