Sehati Gilang Mart is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of our store sites, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and efficiency. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and on-site.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of store sites, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards.,Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project completion.,Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.,Develop and implement site improvement plans to enhance store performance and customer experience.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Train and mentor junior staff on site management and maintenance.,Manage budgets and resources for site projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on time.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing construction and maintenance projects.,Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with project management software and tools.
