📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure high-quality food and beverage service to meet customer expectations.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to health and safety standards.,Manage inventory and ordering to ensure optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.,Monitor sales and revenue, and implement strategies to improve performance.,Train and develop junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with restaurant operations, including inventory management and customer service.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
