Root Port Cemerlang is looking for a Lead Admin Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the cashier operations and ensuring smooth financial transactions. The ideal candidate should have strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily cashier operations and ensure accuracy in financial transactions,Oversee the work of junior cashiers and provide guidance and support,Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to cashier operations,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth financial transactions,Monitor cash flow and ensure adequate cash reserves,Train and develop junior staff in cashier operations and administrative tasks

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in cashier operations or a related role,Strong administrative and organizational skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using accounting software and financial tools,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations,Knowledge of cash management best practices
