Cloud Smart Corporindo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Cashier Accounting to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, and providing financial support to the company. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the daily accounting operations, including cash handling, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records, including invoices, receipts, and other related documents.,Prepare and submit financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to management and external stakeholders.,Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and other financial transactions.,Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity and compliance with financial regulations.,Train and mentor junior staff members in accounting principles and procedures.,Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations, and implement necessary updates to ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficient in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound financial decisions.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting practices and regulations is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
