📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the mechanical design and development of tea processing equipment.Lead a team of engineers and ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical advice on mechanical systems.Ensure that all equipment meets safety and regulatory standards.Collaborate with other departments to ensure that mechanical systems are integrated into the overall tea processing operation.Provide technical training and mentorship to junior engineers.Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in mechanical engineering and apply this knowledge to our operations.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our mechanical systems.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.Several years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the tea processing industry.Strong technical skills and knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards in the mechanical engineering field.🛠️ Keahlian
