In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring the quality and consistency of our pastries, and mentoring our junior chefs. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure high-quality standards.,Develop and implement new pastry recipes and menu items.,Train and mentor junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Participate in cost control and budgeting for kitchen supplies.,Represent the kitchen at company events and functions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a pastry chef or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully leading a kitchen team.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.,Familiarity with local health and safety regulations.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.
