📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Manage the entire recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.,Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure they meet our company's requirements.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide suitable candidates.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and employment agencies.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar role.,Proven success in attracting and hiring top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
