Lead the structural design and analysis of various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Oversee the work of junior engineers and ensure the quality and accuracy of their work.,Conduct structural calculations and analyses to ensure the safety and stability of structures.,Prepare detailed structural design drawings and specifications.,Review and approve construction documents and ensure they meet design requirements.,Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure the overall integrity of the project.,Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and other team members.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in structural engineering.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on design and analysis.,Proficiency in using structural analysis software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.,Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes and regulations.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Valid professional engineer license (if required by local regulations).
