📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of mechanical and electrical projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
• Act as the primary point of contact between consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, fostering strong communication and collaboration.
• Utilize project management tools such as MS Project and Primavera to monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage resources effectively.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment, and monitor their work to guarantee quality and safety standards.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, reports, and correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination, with a strong background in mechanical and electrical projects.
• Proven experience using project management software such as MS Project and Primavera.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
