📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a wide variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts.,Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.,Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients.,Train and supervise junior staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.,Participate in product development and innovation.,Ensure efficient use of resources and cost control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef.,Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field.,Strong knowledge of pastry making techniques and ingredients.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Experience in using commercial kitchen equipment.,Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
