PT Media Surya Sentosa is looking for a dedicated Purchasing professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our procurement activities, ensuring that we source high-quality materials and supplies at competitive prices. You will work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and management to meet our operational needs. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing company in the heart of Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from request to payment, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with company policies.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct supplier evaluations and selections based on quality, price, and service.,Prepare and analyze purchase reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies to support business growth.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the procurement department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant procurement software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
