CV Permata Lautan is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Retail Sales Consultant to join our team in Klaten. As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Promote and sell products to customers in a friendly and professional manner.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.,Assist in the organization and presentation of merchandise to attract customers.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Participate in store events, promotions, and sales campaigns.,Provide feedback on product displays and customer interactions to improve the shopping experience.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, etc.),Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.,Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.,Flexible and adaptable to changing work conditions.
