Develop and implement ESG strategies and initiatives that align with PT Langit Metal Industry's sustainability goals.,Monitor and report on ESG performance, ensuring compliance with global standards and regulations.,Conduct ESG audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Engage with stakeholders, including local communities, regulators, and investors, to advance ESG objectives.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG considerations into business operations and decision-making.,Stay updated on ESG trends, best practices, and regulatory developments to drive continuous improvement.,Represent PT Langit Metal Industry at industry events, conferences, and forums to promote our ESG commitment.,Provide leadership and mentorship to junior ESG staff and other team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or a related field, with a focus on industrial operations.,Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, standards, and regulations, including ISO 14001, SASB, and TCFD.,Proven track record of developing and implementing ESG strategies and initiatives.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.,Fluency in English and local languages is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote and challenging environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
