📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for clients.,Oversee the maintenance and repair of vehicles, working closely with mechanics and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions.,Monitor vehicle usage and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency.,Develop and maintain relationships with fuel suppliers, insurance providers, and other third-party vendors.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies regarding vehicle operation and maintenance.,Provide guidance and support to junior fleet coordinators and other team members as needed.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and audits to ensure compliance and safety standards are met.,Manage fuel consumption and cost, identifying opportunities to reduce expenses without compromising vehicle performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of local and international transportation regulations and best practices.,Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
