📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute pastry recipes to meet customer demands and company standards.,Ensure the quality and consistency of all pastry products.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Train and mentor junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions.,Monitor and control production costs to ensure profitability.,Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of creating high-quality pastry products.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
