PT Makmur Permata is seeking a skilled and experienced Tax Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the tax compliance and planning activities of our company. You will work closely with our accounting and finance teams to ensure that all tax obligations are met accurately and efficiently.

As a Tax Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing a team of tax professionals and ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the tax compliance and planning activities of the company
  • Work closely with the accounting and finance teams to ensure that all tax obligations are met accurately and efficiently
  • Manage a team of tax professionals and ensure that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in Indonesian tax laws and regulations and ensure that the company is compliant
  • Prepare and submit tax returns and other tax-related documents accurately and on time
  • Monitor tax audits and ensure that the company is prepared to respond to any tax inquiries or investigations
  • Provide guidance and support to the tax team on complex tax issues
  • Ensure that the company's tax strategy is aligned with its overall business strategy

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and planning
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations
  • Excellent knowledge of tax accounting principles and practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages
