Manage and lead a team of employees, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.,Provide training and development opportunities to team members to help them grow and succeed.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.,Maintain a positive and productive work environment for the team.,Handle employee relations and resolve any conflicts that may arise.,Ensure that all safety and security protocols are followed by the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Team Leader or similar role in a fast-paced environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
