📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end HR processes for over 1,000 outsourced employees, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using BambooHR and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company HR policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
