📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

What You'll Do:

• Manage and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock.
• Evaluate and compare quotes from multiple suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
• Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and procedures.
• Keep track of purchase orders and invoices, and ensure timely payments.
• Assist in the development and implementation of purchasing strategies.
• Provide regular reports on purchasing activities and trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

What We're Looking For:

• A degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Familiarity with Indonesian market and suppliers.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
